Ron, my suggestion if you want a remote coax switch, or any switch for that
matter, is to get it from Array Solutions. Jay makes excellent switches.

I don't use this switch and can't answer any of your questions about it.
However, if you will be using it in conjunction with your entry
panel/lightening arrestor setup, you need to factor that into the
equation. Some arrestors will pass DC, and others need a way to get DC
around the arrestor. I'm not really up on this stuff, but you might
want to look at this aspect as well as your other questions.
