Bob, this is very good news, and we very much appreciate your tenacity in
finally getting the SDR device to work for you. Now, can you provide us the
precise details on the specific devices and software you are using so we can
attempt to duplicate your success?

Ron, K8HSY

Subject: SDR success

Hi,

I finally got my SDR dongle working with HDSDR software. I had a lot of
trouble getting the drivers to work with the dongle and then I didn't find
out until last night that I was entering the frequency wrong.

The SDR $18 receiver is not very sensitive, but it works and I can pick up
our local repeaters, the weather service and airport ground info. I haven't
tried the down converter yet, but I wanted to let you know that HDSDR
software can be used as there are keyboard commands that are referenced in
the help file right in the software.
