Yeah I should get another cert to hang on the wall. Lol 
Only used the lock feature which kept the rig from drifting off 1 of the freqs. 
I generally don't have to split for DX. 
They split for the American band plan, plus I was more interested in calling my own. 
At 1 point I got on a run of 80 QSOs in 20min, quite exciting. Lol
