Phil
It is CW only.
Here, in EU, I often hear the Spanish trawlermen chatting on 30M using SSB.

Subject: 30 meter sideband?
I was tuning around seeing if K1N was on 30, they were, and just before
their operating frequency of 10.113, I copied Spanish speaking stations rag
chewing on 10.111 and it isn't the first time I heard such ssb transmissions
in Spanish on 30 meters. I thought 30 meters was CW only.
Phil.
