ok so here's the situation, I'm a tech holder, and I just got access to the handiham's hf remote base. The question is, I don't wanna go to jail or anything, so, where do I find out at what frequencies I can safely transmit at, being a tech? I dont even know what I'd type in google to answer my question, hence why I'm asking here. Thanks for any help you can provide!
