FYI... The Tekpower TP4000ZC meter has a RS232 port and is compatible with
XP and downward operating systems.

It is a dmm made in China so manufacturers website isn't jumping out at me
on Google.  The meter goes by two names Tekpower TP4000ZC and Digitek
DT-4000ZC. For the price this thing is very very good. The Youtube reviews
also sound good. Anyway, hope you have better luck tracking down the
manufacturers info. Sounds like it just pipes out a string of data matching
what is displayed on the LCD in 2400 baud N,8,1
