I happened upon an interesting cookbook at Whole Foods. It supports women worldwide, through Whole Food's Whole Planet Foundation. I'm not going to say it's gf, but a lot of the recipes are or can easily be made so. And they are different from my usual cooking. Was getting bored!!! Looking forward to trying these. Plus, every now and then it's nice to buy a cookbook that isn't only gf. 

Gf or not, I'm not making fried frog or cow skin!!!!
