First the number and excuses advanced by GOTG - they are cooked up. Yet IMF accept it and approve a subsequent disbursement. In as much as these institutions have some principles they work on the people making decisions have symbiotic interest with the recipient dictator. We can how many times these funds are seized for failing to meet requirements of donor institutions. Some of the excuses of GOTG are even contradictory that are stretched with an extended explanation.....funny!
Second the exertion by some that Yahya is boxed seem to be refuted by his government's successful working with IMF. More important though, had our struggle is well organize and focuses on a democratic agenda , this is one of the area we can have a say at the table. We could insist by influencing the donor to link disbursement/approval to specific reforms.
That's political leverage!
Better late than never, my plead let come together for a national democracy agenda.

Burama
