One of our group members is having an issue with outlook 2016.  Apparently
she can put the email address and subject in the proper places.  When she
tabs down to type in the body of the message she gets a message telling her
that this key isn't a correct keystroke for outlook 2016.

For obvious reasons she's unable to write to the list.

Any suggestions?
