If there is, I'm not aware of it. Some sites have some pretty well known 
mobile pages, like m.facebook.com, but I don't know of an easy or 
standard way to find them. Other sites, like Gmail's, use the browser 
information they get from your browser to determine if they should offer 
up the standard or the mobile version of the page. Sometimes you'll see 
a link on the page that will take you to an alternative, such as the 
mobile or desktop page, but again, this isn't always there. There are 
way to spoof your browser's information and trick the web site into 
thinking you're using a mobile browser, but I haven't done this myself.
