reamp by sliding the switch on the bottom of the mic forward twoards the
front.

Also slide the little switch on the top of the mic from back to front.

No batteries needed it gets the power from the tm-v71a mic connector
even with that adapter in the circuit.

I can get a couple of feet away from the 60 using it this way and it
works well.


Also there is a menu setting in the 71a for mic gain, don't remember the
number at the moment.
