Look for us  on or just above 7.191 on 40 meters.   The Sunday 20 meter 
net is 14.258.

Time for both is always 4 pm eastern, regardless of any changes due to 
daylight saving time.

If I'm counting correctly on my fingers, UTC time would be 2000.
