The reason for 1700 utc was to include folks from europe.  Perhaps we should 
have it even earlier to do that?  Any thoughts?

Hi Mike,

I was probably the only one running power at 500 watts.  I was having
trouble copying when the net began, but by the end I was copying both
Bob and Jim at 589.  Perhaps 1700Z is a bit early on 15 meters.
