I use lmr 400 ultraflex and think I use standard connectors.  I think 
for standard 400 with solid center conductor it is a little toucny to 
use standard pl259, but I have done it by slightly filing down the 
center conductor.  I haven't used anythng but ultraflex in quite a few 
years.
