Hi Phil: 

When you get the software and have a chance to play around with it, can you post to the list on how accessible it is? 
Do you plan on running windows on the Mac mini or is there a version for Macs? I've added the Omni VII as a possible future rig and I'd be real interested in how the N4PY really works. 
The Omni has a remote feature and I think you can run the software as a client and connecting remotely. The Omni VII's internet capability allows for complete transmit and receive audio, including CW through a USB keyer. 
At any rate that's down the road but I'm interested in how the software works.
