The friend that told me about it actually gave it a try, and was successful.

Of course, there's always the possibility that someone could abuse or
mis-use the service, but I guess that's possible with anything.

Has anyone here used this "Be My Eyes" app? If so, how well does it work?
Often I have found that many apps sound much better than they turn out to
be.
