That's interesting, because some French stations were coming in in the REF 
contest, and I called BWCWN toward Europe a couple of times.  None of us 
were running more than a hundred watts, though.

I monitored 21.045 until 17:10 UTC, heard nothing. Fifteen meters a washout
from this location.
