Subject: Identify DX station on 40

Tonight, Friday, I heard a large pile up spreading up the band and after
awhile, I found the transmitting frequency of the DX because of all the
tuners, callers without going up, and other lids fooling around on his
frequency. That was about 7013 and slightly lower. I couldn't hear a peep
out of the DX stations so does anyone know who it was? I had the same
situation happen a day or two ago on 17 and I couldn't hear him either.
That's unusual. Normally, I can copy anything, if it is really there.

Phil.
