What sort of accessory is it?  I have no idea what that license means, but I 
think I have seen some strange license class abbreviations on qrz.com.  Only 
Technician, General and Extra liceses are being issued in the US now, so if 
it's an amateur license issued in 2013 it should be one of those three.
