If you read today on Celiac.com's email about someone suing PF Chang's for charging a $1 extra for their gluten free menu items and it doesn't sit well with you, please consider contacting PF Chang's directly. Personally, we like PF Chang's. They were one of the first chain restaurants to offer GF meals, and while we don't go there often, we enjoy it when we do. My son has never gotten sick after eating there, so I feel pretty good about giving them our business even if it costs me $1 extra. Here's a contact: http://www.pfchangs.com/commentsweb/?checked=1

Of course, if you think suing them is the right thing to do, you are welcome to say so in your comment to THEM. I realize I'm sticking my neck out here and I'll get responses from those who disagree with me. Really, I don't care to hear it. I just think there are times when we, as a community, should ENCOURAGE restaurants and manufacturers instead of penalizing them for helping us.
