How and where are you getting this document? It sounds like you just
want the text and not the HTML markup. Is this starting on a web site?
Couldn't you just go to the web site with a browser and do a select all
and copy and paste? If you already have the file downloaded to your hard
drive, what about bringing it up in a web browser and cutting and pasting?
