I tried downloading it too. But my smart screen filter blocked it. I'll just
wait until Bill talks about it on All Things Radio. I'm sure that at some

If you are using windows xp, you won't be able to download it using ie8.
You'll have to use firefox. Perhaps someone who has downloaded it can use
dropbox to give you access to it.
