Hello Albert,
What you need to do is put your phone in the mode you use to move apps around to different positions on the screen.  You do this by double tapping and hold on any app.
Now double tapping on an app will delete it.  When you are done removing unwanted apps, hit the home button to return the phone to normal operation.
