Has courses, tutorials, and lessons along with practice exams.  You can run 
practice exams that will stop and offer tutorials, lessons or supplimentary 
information when you make an incorrect response.
It was all accessible too the last time I tried.
They have all american, and Canadian license classes available.

Why not use the materials from Handiham as a starter.  Then you can make
your own lesson plans based on that stuff.
