Subject: The QSO I never thought I'd have

I just spent half an hour on 147.48.

I was having a QSO with Bill Meeker wa8rhs.

He is home and in outpatient therapy. He is walking with assistance.

He can hold a QSO, whichb takes a lot of memory skills.

Full language and word finding skills are back.

I never thought we would see this day.

This makes a Happy Newyear in the best of ways.
