Hi, all!

Just was needing to make a round cake and wanted to use the 123 Gluten Free Pan Bar Mix. I've always used it as the directions describe for a 9" x 13" pan, but wanted to make it round this time. Has anyone been able to use the mix as a round cake? Would one pan bar mix equal to two 8" rounds? Or should I go smaller by using 6" rounds? Or do I need to use two mixes in order to get two rounds? If so, what size rounds work well?

Would appreciate any advice!

Thank you!
