Speaking of toilets, we have had some issues lately as well. Here in 
California you cannot buy or install a toilet with more than a 1.28 gallon 
flush. We had installed a new one in May for my Daughter's family when they 
moved in. Hmmm! To make a long story short, we recently replaced it with 
another brand, a Caroma, made in Australia. It is unique in many ways, but 
it really works, even with a 1.28 flush. Unfortunately, federal laws don't 
work here on the Left Coast. smile!
