Alan,
Yes. It's a built in feature. It interfaces with DXSpots.com. To turn it on,
go to the settings menu, then go to "DX Spotting..." then "configure."

All you have to check is "enable DX spotting" then "done."

There are a lot more options, including a speech alert on needed countries /
bands. There are some filters you can set too. In addition, you can login on
DXSpots.com and really customize your filters. What you set on the website
are in effect when you later login via ACLog.

To see (with Jaws) the list of recent spots inside ACLog, just press
control+z. Then you can arrow down the list of spots. Pressing enter on any
of them will put that callsign in the call field of the log and, if you have
the rig interface set up in ACLog, it will move your rig to that mode, band,
and frequency.

I even have it interfaced with USB rotor control so when I go to that spot,
the beam turns. But, that's a topic for another post later.

  and also,
  .

Subject: AC Log and DX clusters

Does AC Log have the capability to interface with any DX clusters? I would
be interested in getting spots for certain DX on specified bands. Can AC
Log help me with this?

Thanks for any responses.
