Depending on what you are writing, UEB uses 2 or 3 percent more paper than
English Braille American Edition. Grade 1.5 would have used more, and
uncontracted braille would use 20 percent more.

Well, Tom, when this stupid UEB kicks in you'll be using more Braille paper
then.

Harvey:

I believe the computer Braille paper I order from Enabling Technologies is
100 pound paper as you suggest.

It is a bit expensive, and I'm lucky in that the University buys it for me,
but I still do use some for various work-related purposes, such as keeping
student records, notes on student advisees, having hard copies of exams
available to use when going over an exam in class, etc..

One thing I do know, though, is that I don't use nearly as much as I used
to.
