Mark,
Once the app was installed I went to the open button.
I was then prompted for my first name and sir name
Next my email address and password.
I created a password.
As I recall I was then asked about being blind or sighted.
Then prompted for the microphone and camera.
I do not recall if the blind/sighted question was before or after the
camera/microphone question.
It was a pretty straight forward process.
