As I understand it, it is indeed the guy who did the WWV recordings. I read
somewhere that when the parody was being conceived, they got in touch with
him and he loved the idea. Actually, this has been around for ten years or
so. I think Dave Marthouse may've turned me on to it and I believe its been
posted here before. Here is a web site devoted to it with some hilarious
