Hi, Folks.  I have a TM-D710, which I think is close to the TM-d or 
G71.  My question is:  is the radio set up for automatic repeater 
offset by default?  Also, do the PL tones speak or do I need sighted 
assistance to set them?  Thanks in advance.--Matt, N1IBB.
