greetings to all
FYI
I just came from Mustafa 's presentation at the Howard U school of
business regarding the above mentioned estate housing project.
It was a very good and positive program for Gambians abroad. Taf's
integrity played an important role in achieving this goal.
I remember just 18 months when this was discussed ,it seemed so far out
but now it is a reality. You can get a three or four bedroom house with
all the amenities (joint ownership available if you cannot afford it
alone) in a prime area near Radio Gambia and the stadium for about
thirty thousand dollars complete and still pay in installments for two
years after it's completion. He showed seven types of bungalows and
detached plans all connected to water and electricity with paved roads
and driveways plus good sewage and drainage systems.
I was truly impressed . I think any one who missed this show try to make
it to Atlanta to get it first hand. What is good about this development
is the allowance for recreational and commercial areas plus a school
and mosque in the complex.
There are only about 150 houses available according to Taf and it is
not easy to get land any more in the Gambia so I applied for one quickly
.He gave me a guarantee on his structural work plus a new insurance
(additional costs) against any riots ( military or civilian)
This may sound like a free Ad for Taf but I feel it is something we all
need to know and take advantage of now while they are still available.
Taf sold all his five models on line within five weeks since he
started.
