Yes, I understand but some folks use voice Over for various syntheizers and I am aware it is unique to IOS.
I was not sure of this as the link was not in the apple store and I have never added an app that was not from the apple store.

iOS device. By the way, here's some advice. Anything referred to as
using Voice Over usually means an iOS device, and anything involving
anything else could be an Android.
