I'm not familiar with these kind of Braille files or those devices, but I
take it they have built in text to speech converters that can read Braille
files.  I guess Jackie would know a lot about these things having worked in
a regional library for the blind.  Good luck.

Yep, I think it is, but I don't have a braille display, and since I'm 
fat and lazy, would rather listen to it anyhow.
