I wrote to Fred AA7BQ and got a nice note back. 

He gave me the link to the text page. I don’t know if it is my special code or if everyone would use the same link. 

I haven’t tried it yet. 

But I would encourage everyone who is having trouble with QRZ.com to write to him – Nicely and politely of course.
