narator and microsoft

I also have the problem with narator not reading email messages in 
thunderbird it says not on explorable text.  I also called the 
accessability number and I have email corispondencewith them.  I also 
requested that narator read the percentages when downloading in ie 11 
and to make narator announce updates when you check for them.  Sean told 
me in an email that this would make narator stand out.  I told him that 
if you did this then narator would do 2 things that nvda does not do.  I 
have also requested both of theese ideas for add ons on the nvda list 
and they are not interested because they really don't careabout their 
users want. They are just not oppend to new ideas for development at all.
