Depending on your version of Excel, there are settings within the 
options which will make your worksheets look good. There are auto 
format settings and settings which if checked will make sure everything 
fits in the visual cell. You can also select page breaks and whether 
the worksheet is printed horizontally or vertically on the page. Most 
spreadsheets look better horizontally "landscape". You can also 
manually set exactly how wide each column is. This is good if you want 
to print a table with columns which are uniform.
