Hi listers,

I do a lot of work in Excel at work, and JAWS reads the rows and
collumns beautifully. But that doesn't necessarily mean the
spreadsheets look good visually. Sometimes there's too much info in a
column, and not all of it shows up on the screen even though JAWS is
reading all of it. Sometimes there are too many collumns to fit
neatly on a page, or they overlap. So printing it doesn't work well.
Any suggestions on things I can do to maximize my chances of having
the spreadsheets look presentable on the screen and the printed page?
Thanks.
Catherine
