I find the web site completely accessible to JAWS. It also works with 
System Access, though not as well.  They used to have a password system 
which required pushing buttons on a virtual keypad. This was not 
accessible. However, once they knew I was blind using a screen reader, 
they programmed in a work around for me. I could see a password field 
using the screen reader which was invisible to sighted users. I think 
they've updated that system though and I doubt you'll have a problem.

They also have a telephone banking system called PAL which enables you 
to check account history, make loan payments, and such if you do not 
have a computer handy, or if the web page gets too complicated for you.
