Hi Scott!
If you're using Skype on a PC, then the answer is yes. Just set up the hot
key in Skype. It is in skype under tools, options, hot keys. It is not
related to any screen reader so that doesn't enter the discussion at all.
When you hear the in-coming call, just issue the hot key command, as it is
global, so it doesn't even matter where your focus may be at the time.
