I don't know who carries them in Canada, but one US source for both the 
Wouxun models, as well as the Kenwood THF6, is Main Trading Company.

Regarding your HTX202, in addition to your keypad problem, it 
soundslike the lythium backup battery that is hidden inside the radio has died.

It can be replaced, but for me at least, replacing one takes a sighted 
person who is good at working with a soldering iron in tight places.
