I have one of these and have mostly used it in auto tune mode turning it
on and off as needed.

I find you can't just leave it on because it will tune sometimes when
you modulate.

I decided I would prefer to use it in semi autimatic mode.

1. How can I reliably turn this mode on and off?

2. In reading the manual it seems to imply that the tuner is in some
kind of tuning mode all the time so does that mean when you turn off
autoTune mode your automatically in semi-autoTune mode or is tunin
gturned off altogether?

3. If you really are in semi autoTune mode when AutoTune is turned off
then if yoou can't get the ldg to tune does this mean that the SWR
threshold is set way to high?

Thanks in advance.

Don
