Dave,

  Are you hearing any  clicks from the t/r relays?   Is this on all 
bands?  If only on a single band, be sure  drv isn't active.

Are you sure there is no problem with the paddles?  Do you have another 
set of paddles or a straight key?  If nothing else,  an audio cable 
plugged into the straight key jack and then  short tip to ground and see 
if you get output.  Or do the same with a 1/4 stereo cable plugged into 
the paddle jack an ground  tip or ring to ground.

When you say the QSK button is set right, I assume you mean the 
vox/break-in button.

If you unplug paddles and straight key, does the "send" button on the 
front panel  give output while in CW mode?
