Guys, I have been trying to purchase Scott's AC Log software package of CD
for $64.95, and every time I click on the PayPal link to pay for it, I get
the following message shown below. I think something has messed with my
Internet Explorer program, blocking this particular website or blocking me
from accessing the PayPal website. I have used PayPal numerous times in the
past, but now, this is what comes up. Any suggestions as to what I can do to
