Well a non NLS source would have all the radio advertisements.

  I haven't wanted to get a whole new reading machine just to do this, I have
  not done this.

  I think we should petition the ARRL to email its blind members a text or
  otherwise accessible version of QST.  It would be easy for them to do this.
