I just did the trial download of the one program, it's called Amateur 
Contact Log (AClog).
I found setup to be pretty straight forward for rig interface, cw 
keying, and packet spots.   I did have to use the JAWS cursor to get the 
packet spot voice announcements working.

I know several on this list have a lot of experience with this software, 
but it's new to me.
