Instructions for Live Mail:
In a mailbox, not a message, type Alt-F, O, M. This took you through the
File, Options menu to Mail setup. This is a tabbed dialog box with 9 tabs.
First thing is to shift-Tab once, onto General, so you can select among the
tabs. Right arrow to Send, then start hitting Tab again. The sixth or 7th
time you hit Tab, it will either say Html or Text. If it says Html,
right-arrow so that Text is the format of the messages you will send. In
this part of the dialog box there is also an option whether to use the
format of the message you received when you write your reply. I haven't
unchecked this, but maybe I should.
After making your changes, tab to Apply, press Enter, then Enter again to
exit this massive dialog.
I do this stuff with Window-Eyes, but JAWS or NVDA should also work.
