I do not think you will ever be disappointed  with how Scott responds to
questions. He is well aware of the challenges blind hams face.

I am ordering the CD-rom containing all of N3FJP's software.  Before I do, I
wonder if anyone has had dealings with Scott, the owner.  I am curious as to
how good the customer service and tech support is.  Any comments would be
appreciated.
