tried sending a question to their info address (as well as the owners =
address).

the response I got back was terse and obtuse.

Basically, citing security concerns about hackers, etc., he was not =
going to change anything about the site. Basically he was talking about =
the database and never addressed the issues with the web interface =
(which has little to do with the database).

basically, he will not change it or offer much in the way of useful =
help.

too bad, I always thought of him as a respectable ham on the air.
